Within the Netherlands

All orders within the Netherlands are shipped via PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Outside the Netherlands

For international orders, the local delivery service of the destination country will be used. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and region.

 

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read the return conditions below carefully before sending your return.

How to start a return

All returns must be registered through our return portal:

Enter your postcode and order number, follow the steps, and you will receive your return label and shipping instructions directly through the portal.

Returns that have not been registered through the return portal cannot be accepted or processed.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn and unused.
• The item must be undamaged.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• Your order number must be clearly stated outside or inside the return package.

Returns without a clearly stated order number cannot be processed.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing & refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 1–2 weeks.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible before sending the item back. We will be happy to look into this for you.
